Bio

Christie Goodwin is a London based photographer specialising in music, portrait & art photography.

She is one of the leading rock photographers, providing official tour and album photography for recording artists including Taylor Swift, Joe Bonamassa, Katie Melua, Chickenfoot, Westlife, Rage Against The Machine, Andrea Bocelli, Apocalyptica, Madness, Joe Satriani, The Offspring, David Archuleta and more. Her iconic photography regularly features in the world’s leading print and online media, including Classic Rock Magazine, Billboard, Newsweek, Rolling Stone Magazine, Guitar Player, The Guardian, The Times and others.

A graduate from the highly reputed Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp, which produced painters like Van Gogh and fashion designers like Dirk Bikkembergs, she has been shooting for over 20 years. Her striking, atmospheric and honest pictures seek to capture what lies deep under the facade that everyone gets to see. She captures the raw essence of a performer. Both her portraiture and live photography embody the true spirit of the person and capture the passion and emotion, the sweat and soul.

In addition to her music photography, Christie also shoots covers for crime and other novels. Much of Christie’s work can be sourced via her agencies Getty Images, Redferns, Dalle and Arcangel.
